1. General Information

2. Products & Custom Orders
- We strive to display products as accurately as possible, but colors, textures, and sizes may vary slightly.
- Custom and made-to-order items are crafted based on details you provide. Please double-check your customization requests before submitting, as we are not responsible for errors provided by the customer.
- The Blackwood Grove reserves the right to refuse a custom order at our discretion without additional explanation.
- All orders will be processed and produced within 1–4 weeks of purchase.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time without notice.
- Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please verify your information before submitting your order.
- Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier. We are not responsible for delays once the package is in the carrier’s hands.
- Customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes on international orders (if applicable).
5. Cancellation, Refunds, & Returns Policy
A. Product Policy
- Order Cancellations - Cancellations are accepted within 48 hours of purchase, unless production has already begun. Because orders are typically produced within a week of purchase, cancellations after this period cannot be guaranteed.
- Final Sale - All products are final sale and cannot be returned. Due to the handmade and custom nature of our items, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been shipped.
- Customer Satisfaction Policy - While returns are not accepted, your satisfaction is important to us. If your custom item does not meet your expectations, you may contact us to discuss the option to either remake your order free of charge (excluding shipping cost) or receive store credit equal to the product price (excluding shipping cost).
- Damaged or Lost Packages -If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. In the case of damages, we require photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can properly address the issue. Damaged product will be compensated per the Customer Satisfaction Policy.
If your package is lost in transit, we will verify the issue with the carrier. Lost product will be compensated per the Customer Satisfaction Policy, or a refund may be requested.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of package loss. Any replacement products compensated will require payment for shipping.
- Ethical Disclaimer - The Blackwood Grove does not claim any specific results from any of our products. All physical products are intended for personal use only. Although we create these products with your intentions in mind, customers are responsible for their own decisions and actions and free will in regards with how the products will work for them, spiritually and mundanely.
- Legal Disclaimer - All products and services provided are for entertainment purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. If you have concerns in these areas, please seek help from a licensed professional. Please use our products responsibly. For external use only: do not consume. Keep away from children and pets. B. Services Policy

- Final Sale - All services (including but not limited to divination, tarot readings, astrology readings, or other spiritual guidance offerings) are final sale. No refunds, returns, or store credits will be issued once a service has been completed or delivered.
- Customer Satisfaction Policy - Due to the nature of these services, we are unable to provide compensation for dissatisfaction. However, we are more than happy to clarify any divination services as a one time service to clear up any confusion you may have over the service.
- Ethical Disclaimer - The Blackwood Grove does not claim any specific results from any of our divination and spiritual services. Divination is offered as a tool for personal reflection and spiritual insight. Readings are not intended to predict the future with certainty, but rather to highlight current energies, influences, and options available to you at the present time. Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions and free will to take what information they want from this reading and leave what does not resonate.

- We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the use or misuse of our products or services. Customers and clients are solely responsible for how they choose to use them.
8. Social Media Representation and Reviews
- Customers are welcome to leave honest reviews and testimonials regarding their purchases or services. By submitting a review on our website, social media pages, or third-party platforms, you grant The Blackwood Grove permission to use, share, or repost your review for promotional purposes.
